Document Controller



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate management and safe guarding of all documents and drawings in support of the day-to-day operation of Project Management Department.
• Responsible to ensure latest drawings, specifications and other information are received according to schedule, approved and disseminate to relevant parties.
• Setting up and maintain a systematic filing for easy retrieval.  Ensure all documents and drawings are logged and stamped; and easily accessible and stored.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and complete.
• Assist in drafting correspondences, communications, presentations and other documents related to Authority, Consultants and internal departments.
• Assist to update project/ phase work progress and billing claim report on monthly basis.
• Assist superior to circulate memo/ notice to internal team, site, consultants, etc.
• Provide support to other Project staff as needed.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required by superior.
• To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.


Qualification Requirements:

• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in property development field.
• Possess at least SPM.
• Fresh graduate is considered.
• Possess basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
