  • Ensure Human Resources and Admin operations are executed in accordance with internal guidelines and policy.
  • Maintain and keep staff information system database up-to-date and accurately.
  • Update new hires’ information into HR System accurately and in timely manner.
  • Perform job posting and provide support to Manager on candidates screening.
  • Plan and coordinate with hiring manager on interview arrangement with candidate in timely manner.
  • Assist Manager to review job description (JD) on yearly basis and update JD where necessary.
  • Timeliness in prepare HR related letters and contracts for Manager sign-off (including but not limited to Letter of Employment, Staff Certification Letter, etc).
  • Plan and organize pre-onboarding and onboarding effectively and in timely manner; maintain & keep organizational chart up-to-date.
  • Process staff payroll and claims accurately & on monthly basis; ensure all payments including statutories are paid in timely manner.
  • Identify training needs and source relevant trainers whether internal or external to conduct trainings for staff; update and maintain staff training records accurately.
  • Compile training feedback form and present analysis to Manager for improvement process.
  • Plan & coordinate staff engagement activities.
  • Provide support to Manager in conducting benefits survey by compiling data for analysis purpose.
  • Maintain & ensure HR policies & guidelines are up-to-date.
  • Manage and ensure timely payment to all external vendors engaged for recruitment, training, HR system, etc.
  • Provide support to staff in insurance claims.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports as required by Manager.
  • Ensure company properties and equipment are properly maintained and kept.
  • Monitor and ensure HR & Admin activities are within budget.
  • To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Manager.

Qualification requirements:

  • Possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge in property development will be added advantage.

  • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative & able to work independently.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to write and speak Chinese languages will be added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
