  • Manage and assist Project Manager on all site matters
  • Supervise and coordinate sub-contractors at site.
  • Perform QA & QC inspections as per drawing and prepare report
  • Plan and report site work to project manager
  • Monitor and ensure work progress as per work program and mitigate plan if delayed.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
  • Day-to-day site management including supervising and monitoring activity, machinery, labour and material.
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matter on site.

Qualification requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Civil/ Structure Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office application including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
  • Preferable in high rise experiences.

Personal Attributes:

  • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative & able to work independently.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Willing to work overtime
