Senior Executive / Executive, Property Management


Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist Manager/Assistant Manager on handling customers and property administration works.
  • Ensure completed properties are well maintained.
  • To liaise/arrange defects rectification with relevant parties such as main contractor, sub-contractors or service providers.
  • To interact with, coordinates, and serves as liaison between architects, consultants, contractors on new facilities construction, post-construction activities and VP facilities.
  • Planning, implement and monitor building services plan and to ensure these services are in conformity with the company and regulator’s requirements.
  • To contribute day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building by attending to all general maintenance and operation issue.
  • To oversee formations of JMB and work closely with JMB members as well as attend regular meeting with JMB/Property owners.
  • To manage strata title issue.
  • Prompt response to complaints from property owners.
  • To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Qualification requirements:


  • Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Estate Management, Building Surveying, Engineering, Building Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management and maintenance of various types of properties.

  • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed with current local building maintenance laws and guideline
  • Ability to manage contractors and vendors effectively.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Committed and dedicated to the job.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to write and speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to write and speak Chinese languages will be added advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
